Two night room rental is required on the weekends. A notice of cancellation must be received 5 days prior to the first day of a reservation in order to avoid full charges.

This is our largest room or suite with a brand new kitchen area with full size refrigerator and microwave, bathroom with shower, bedroom with Queen size bed and flat screen TV, Living room with dinning table and 4 chairs, Queen size sofa sleeper and matching chair, flat screen TV and best of all this room has a beautiful view of Tawas Bay from your living room!
Rate: $154 weekends/ $144 weekdays
Room 5
View of the Tawas River!
This room has a Queen size bed , flat screen TV, small refrigerator and microwave . Bath room has a full size tub with shower. This room also has a twin size pull out sofa sleeper. Only room with view of the Tawas River!

Price: $124 weekends/ $114 weekdays

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Rates are subject to change.

Late check-outs are available until 12:30pm for an additional $25 fee. Check-out beyond 12:30pm will result in additional charge of room rate.

No pets allowed, unless animal is service pet, proof of paperwork is required, subject to room availability, $75 nightly fee.

All rooms are non-smoking, smoking will result in a minimum charge of $150.

Any additional guests beyond maximum occupancies will be charged additional $25 per guest.

Guest will be responsible for all costs of any damage to Surfside property.
Please note: Kitchens do not have individual cookware or dinnerware
Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be done 5 days prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. Cancellations or no-shows will result in full charge of guest reservation.
Guarantee Policy: All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card. All major cards are accepted.
​Photo Identity: All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card or Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.
